I began my career with the agency in 2004 as the third employee and today feel privileged to be the agency’s owner and the leader of an outstanding team of Hispanic marketing professionals.  The last 20 years have been extremely rewarding as I’ve watched our industry change, grow and open itself to innovation. As the “Chief Everything Officer” I nurture my team to perform at their best while ensuring they stay focused on delivering solid results every time!  One of my favorite roles is collaborating with our clients to understand the challenges they are facing and recommend strategies that address those challenges. There is nothing more rewarding than creating marketing strategies and effective campaigns that find that perfect balance of cultural relevance, authenticity and results.  When I’m away from work I enjoy the beach, hiking, cooking and travelling every chance I get.
